My Professional Resume at a glance...
I began my career in real estate as a part-time leasing agent at an apartment complex in Houston, TX at the age of 17. I moved to South Carolina and worked for another year as on site management. I wanted to see my career move farther and faster, so I enrolled in Coker College in Hartsville, SC. I graduated with honors - and was offered an incredible opportunity to become a Regional Property Manager for multi-family housing throughout North and South Carolina. I worked my way up the corporate ladder to a position directly reporting to the Chief Operations Officer of the Company. I received a special waiver from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission to allow me to get my Real Estate Brokers License early due to my extensive experience. It is at this point I gained a true appreciation for working with people and the real estate profession.
I left that company to strike out on my own. I've found that with my previous commercial real estate experience, it has been a natural transition into residential sales with Keller Williams Realty. I absolutely love working with people and finding them their perfect home! I am licensed to serve the CSRA in both South Carolina and Georgia. I also have that South Carolina Real Estate Broker's license! Call me anytime at (803) 270-5005.

...and the Personal life of a Southern Gal in a nutshell.
I was born and raised in southeast Texas on the gulf coast in a little town called Palacios. I spent most of my youth in or near the water, swimming, boating, and my favorite pastime - fishing. When I was seventeen, I moved to Houston because there was more opportunity in the city than the little town I lived in. I spent two years in Houston, enjoying every minute of it... Then one day my best friend suggested we move to South Carolina together. So, at the age of nineteen, I packed my bags and moved to South Carolina!
My family still lives in Texas and I try to visit as much as possible, although after 10 years I have made South Carolina my home. I earned a degree in History while attending Coker College in Hartsville, SC. Also while living there, I went on a blind date and ended up meeting the wonderful man that I was going to marry! At the end of my junior year of college, I married my husband Austin Taylor. After living eight years in the Hartsville and Florence area, Austin accepted an engineering position with a manufacturing firm in Edgefield, SC. This gave us the chance to return to his hometown of North Augusta. Austin, my two dogs (Hannah and Sandy), a lot of aquarium residents, and I are extremely happy to now call North Augusta home.
Austin and I are attending Augusta State University in the evenings working on our MBA. We enjoy visiting the coast, especially Charleston, on the weekends. He has a motorcycle so we cruise around with his 'little lady' on the back. We also have a small camper and enjoy the State Parks around the 'Clarks Hill' Lake.
I am a member of the Red Wagon Society through MCG Children's Hospital, which is a volunteer organization that helps fund raise for the facility and the children. When I have some down time I spend it working on one of my life's passions - my art. I love to paint and draw, usually sitting in front of my sunny window in my studio, listening to my pink I-Pod.
We're searching the Augusta area to find just the best homes for YOU!
