Grovetown Georgia is a community that has been experiencing amazing growth over the last few years. At one time a sleepy town 10 miles west of Augusta, Grovetown has started to merge into it's larger neighbor. Still, there are only about 7000 residents or so within the city limits.
The best appeal of Grovetown is it's proximity to both Augusta, Evans, and Fort Gordon. The center of Grovetown is only about 5 miles from the gates to the Fort Gordon Signal Center, so it's ideally placed for active duty personnel working at the base.
