This neighborhood is located midway between Aiken and North Augusta. Midland Valley offers a community pool and recreation area, and a fine 18 hole golf course. The course was laid out by Ellis Maples in 1963 and runs about 6,600 yards. They also have a driving range. Since Midland Valley is an established golf club, the home values are reasonable and the lots tend be rather large. It's a hidden gem golfing community!
The great thing about Midland Valley is it's location. The mailing address is for Graniteville, but in fact Graniteville is some distance away. If you are commuting to anywhere in North Augusta, Augusta, or Aiken, this might be just the place you are looking for. The area is zoned for (surprise!) Midland Valley High School.
