Money Magazine, a CNN/Time property noted for it’s lists of best areas to live, retire, etc., zeroed in our area this week, with not one but TWO cities named.
North Augusta, SC places #7 on Money Magazine’s Affordable Homes List – My hometown placed seventh on the list, citing the weather, equestrian & boating activities, and the wealth of waterfront property available on the River and nearby Clark’s Hill. They even feature a riverfront view of the River Club neighborhood. You can ignore their advertising tie-in via Trulia to homes for sale in the area and just look at North Augusta Real Estate right here.
Evans, GA places #9 on Money Magazines Affordable Homes List – This upwardly mobile area of Columbia County made the list due to the tremendous amount of golfing, proximity to the Augusta National Golf Course (Home of the Masters golf tournament), and the waterfront homes along the Savannah and Clark’s Hill Lake.
