I hate it on two levels: agents like this give those of us who perform well a bad reputation; and the sellers are being represented poorly and there is nothing I can do about it due to licensing law. No agent can even warn the sellers, no matter how patently ridiculous it is, without risking their RE license. Grr! Yep, pretty amazing isn’t it? Our MLS allows 12 pictures(12!).You find a property that fits the bill and you see a picture like the one you posted. Even after a couple of weeks, still the same horrible picture. I don't care what you are being paid to list a property or if you are listing it free, my phone camera will take better pictures than that and it will take more than one. Can't say that I blame them too much. Some of these neighborhoods I wouldn't get out of the car either. But if that is the case, don't take on the REO. Your title says it all! LOL.
