I had a nightmare scenario two years ago when I picked up some very well to do clients in my late model jeep. Just about everything that could go wrong with the Jeep did. The muffler fell off and the AC quit working. Needless to say I was embarrassed as could be. The story does however end well. They did end up purchasing a home through me and I now have a shiny new BMW which should not have any major issues for years to come.
