I have a small update on The Pinery at North Augusta Country Club. The preliminary plat being discussed has 103 townhomes built on 34 acres. If you like to live on a postage stamp, this might be the development for you! (Laugh)

It's my guess that considering the performance of the last townhome community in North Augusta, it's a good bet that this will be a miserable failure also. Buyers in this area have expressed a strong preference for real houses built on actual lots with a yard. I'm rather confused as to why a builder would want to try this again...Theres just not a need for this type of living in an area with so much land available, particularly when homes are very affordable.
