Have you tried posting on Craigslist? That’s how I found my last buyer’s agent. One caveat though, I had to post three times before I found him and I got a lot of solicitations from other brokers and loan officers looking for business.
its tough to find good buyers agents - we have 3 and are looking hard for a fourth but haven’t had much luck
I too am looking for an experienced buyer’s agent for my Madison WI real estate brokerage. A colleague of mine in Austin told me this week he had great luck posting an ad on Craigslist. Here’s what he said worked for him (I haven’t tried it yet, am worried about the number of spammers and other solicitations I’m probably going to get!): “I have 50 leads per week for an agent. You must have 2 years of experience, and you must have a proven track record with internet leads.” Of course to use this text you’d have to have the leads! Fortunately I do. I’ll let you know how it works out when I finally pull the trigger. Please let me know if you have luck with this ad should you decide to use it!
It’s a challenging job. But great job! My friends succeeded after 3 months.
