Lydia Taylor gives birth to Baby Max
Austin Taylor November 22nd, 2008
Lydia gave us a very special surprise Wednesday by giving birth to our first child. Our baby Max Robert Taylor was delivered at 10.58 pm on Wednesday November 19th. He weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 21 inches long.
I didn’t know the gender until the doctor held him up. Lydia, I don’t know how you kept the answer to the boy-girl question secret so long, but you did it!
Lydia is home now and recovering well. I was in the delivery room the whole time and I’ve never been prouder of my wife than that day.
Thank you Lydia!! I love you so much and can’t possibly tell you how much joy you’ve brought into my life!
We would like to say a special thanks to Delivery Nurses Jane & Michelle at University Hospital who did a fantastic job keeping us calm, giving Lydia excellent care, and answering all our first-parent questions!
I’d also like to say, “Thank you” to our family, friends, and workplaces for the beautiful gifts, flowers, cards, and phone calls. Max is such a joy to share with all of you!

Congratulations and my best wishes on the birth of your son.
I am a child,
All the world waits for my coming
All the earth watches with interest
To see what I shall become.
The future hangs in the balance,
For what I am
The world of tomorrow will be.
I am a child,
I have come into your world
about which I know nothing.
Why I came I know not.
How I came I know not.
I am curious
I am interested.
I am a child,
You hold in your hand my destiny.
You determine, largely,
whether I shall succeed or fail.
Give me, I pray you,
Those things that make for happiness.
Train me, I beg you,
That I may be a blessing to the world.
Congratulations from all of us here in S. Fla.
Best wishes
Thanks
Congrats on the new baby boy! Glad to hear that mom and baby are doing well. Keep us updated on how everyone is doing.
Congrats on your new baby Lydia.
Congrats on the new bouncing baby boy!
Congratulations on adding a new member to the family.
Congratulation, happy parent.
Hi Lydia and congratulations! Kinda late, but what the heck, eh! I do not do whole lot of blogroll exchanges, but you are one of few I have done so with. I clicked on the link I have for you and found this wonderful surprise! We have 5 and miss having babies around. Given our oldest is 19, and youngest 2, perhaps we’ll have grandbabies (hopefully not right away!) in the somewhat near future. Again, congrats.
A belated congratulations. It explains why you haven’t been blogging. Congratulations to the beautiful addition to your family.
Alright Lydia!
I hope you’re able to get some sleep with the little one around.
Aloha, Mike
We miss seeing you around the office. But as you know, I completely understand. He is so cute. I know you and Austin are proud. Remember, if you guys need anything your Keller Williams family is always here. Take care. Shea
