ABS-CBN News reported on June 25, 2013 that actress Claudine Barretto will be involved in two upcoming movie projects. The 33-year old actress has reportedly been offered two movies. One will possibly be under the Kapamilya network through Star Cinema which is ABS-CBN's film production outfit.

The other movie project is reportedly a romantic drama to be produced by Viva Entertainment (Viva Films). The film has a working title of Eternally. According to a Wikipedia entry, Barretto's co-star on Enternally will be actor Piolo Pascual. No director or release date has been announced yet.

Barretto's last major film appearance was way back in 2010 when she starred in the romantic drama In Your Eyes alongside Anne Curtis and Richard Gutierrez. The film was a collaboration by Viva Films and GMA Films. For her work in the movie, Barretto was nominated in the Best Actress category at the FAP Luna Awards. The nomination was for her portrayal of the character Ciara.

Before In Your Eyes, she has appeared in the films Sukob, Dubai, Nasaan Ka Man, Milan and Kailangan Kita.

In the last couple of years, Barretto has concentrated on television having appeared in the shows Untold Stories, Biritera, Spooky Nights, and Spooky Nights Presents.
